OUR STORY
Foley Management Group is a national full-service design, development and construction management firm based in Palm City, Florida. With over 4 decades of experience, FMG and related companies, have been responsible for completing countless projects across a broad range of market segments throughout the United States.
In 1981, provided with only a sketch and a hand full of pictures from our client, our first self-storage facility was successfully designed and constructed in Massachusetts. Since then, Foley Management Group has made self-storage its focus. We specialize in the design, development and construction of self-storage facilities on a national basis. Currently our self-storage resume is over 100 facilities strong; consisting of over 7 million GSF totaling 400 million in construction costs.
With years of industry specific expertise, a commitment to excellence and an unrelenting desire to produce quality projects in the most cost- effective manner, Foley Management is recognized as an industry leader in the design, development and construction of self-storage facilities.
