Foley Management Group completed in 2021 a conversion of a 4 story, 75,000 SF, former Bally’s Total Fitness Facility to a state of the art, fully climate controlled Self-Storage Facility. This facility will consist of the 4-story principal structure as well as the introduction of 4 new drive-up accessed climate control buildings. The total project consists of 70,000 Net Square Feet and 700 units.
Foley Management Group is the construction manager on the project and was responsible for all the design, entitlement and permitting.
Extra Space Storage is the management company for this project as the branding suggests.
